On tour with Little Mix!

We’re looking back on some of our favourite moments throughout our careers.

For me it has to be going our tour with Little Mix for their ‘Get Weird’ tour with our client Joey Devries! Joey comes from a small Welsh town and has worked hard to get where he is. After being on X-Factor with his band Overload Generation a year earlier, Joey decided to pursue his solo career.

It’s hard to explain the feeling of walking backstage at an arena you’ve been to multiple times throughout your life. If you’d have told 12 year old me I was going to have an access all areas pass I wouldn’t have believed you, but years on that’s exactly what’s happened. Picking up my pass from the box office and experiencing the adrenaline of a live event from a different angle was incredible. It was made even better by seeing one of my clients up there on that stage, engaging with the sold out arena crowd while they dance and sing along to his original songs. I had goosebumps watching his performance, when Joey started to play his hit single ‘Billboard’ the crowd stood still as they took in the emotional performance of such a personal song.

After his performance, Joey came to see his friends and family in our box. He was met with congratulations for such an amazing performance.

Joey is on the full UK Little Mix tour and we can’t wait to see how well he continues with this opportunity.

From watching the end of his performance I was in floods of tears, I suppose it’s to be expected after watching this young man take over a sold out arena and supporting one of the biggest girl bands in the UK after seeing him come from a small town and watching him grow over the last 10 years. We’re unbelievably proud of what you have achieved so far Joey and know you’ll continue to strive.
