JLS are back!

Barton Live’s packed summer schedule had another massive name headlining, as nostalgic pop quartet JLS take to the stage at Manchester. The open air festival experience was family friendly and let our nostalgic selves release our 12 year old self, reminiscing the X Factor days along with the rest of the crowd.

With the atmosphere electric they returned for an encore of Proud, complete with a very moving video of them with their children before Everybody In Love had arms swaying in the air and an explosion of confetti brought a fabulous evening to an end.

From the moment the lights dimmed and the first beats reverberated through the venue, the atmosphere was electric. The anticipation among the crowd was palpable, and JLS did not disappoint. The opening number set the tone for the evening, with the band members showcasing their signature harmonies and dynamic choreography.

JLS delivered a setlist that was a perfect blend of their greatest hits and new material, ensuring that both long-time fans and new listeners were captivated.

One of the most remarkable aspects of the JLS performance was their ability to connect with the audience. Throughout the night, the band members took time to engage with fans, sharing personal stories and expressing their gratitude for the support over the years. This interaction made the concert feel intimate, despite the large crowd.

We had the opportunity to catch up with the band before the show and couldn't be more thankful for the opportunity.

Many people don't realise the craft that goes into a stage show such as JLS's, the powerful visuals, stunning pyrotechnics and crisp audio is all down to the incredible team JLS have created and have honed upon over their long last career since they were discovered on X Factor back in 2009.
